Abstract

Answers queries in relation to Section 7 and Section 9 of the Code of Practice, and gives a method of calculating the design capacity suitable for the dwelling.

Document History

Read with Code of practice: Wastewater treatment and disposal systems serving single houses 2010, which may be used for site assessments and associated installations commenced before the 7th June 2021 or where planning permission has been applied for before that date. The 2021 Code of Practice - Domestic Waste Water Treatment Systems (Population Equivalent ≤10) should be applied to site assessments and associated installations carried out on or after the 7th June 2021.
