Abstract
Relates to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. SI 2015/51. The CDM regulations are intended to protect persons from health and safety risks arising from construction work by adopting a systematic framework for management of those risks. The instrument revokes and replaces the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
