Abstract

Relates to SI 2015/659, which amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 to provide that development which comprises the change of use or demolition of buildings which are used as drinking establishments and which are supported by the local community is not permitted development for the purposes of the General Permitted Development Order.
