Abstract

Relates to SR 2015/189, which provide for the procedures to be followed in connection with inquiries where the Secretary of State or the Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a certificate under section 235 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and where the Secretary of State or DOJ has directed that evidence described in a direction shall only be heard or be open to inspection at that inquiry by persons specified in the direction.
