Abstract
Covers the topic of air quality. Areas looked at include: background ventilators for dwellings, carbon monoxide detectors, controlling particles, vapour and noise pollution from construction sites, performance of humidistat-controlled extract fans in dwellings, maintaining good air quality in the home and VOC emissions from building products. Other areas discussed include buildings and radon, radon protection for new dwellings and large buildings and radon solutions in homes, achieving airtightness, improving ventilation in housing, natural ventilation in non-domestic buildings and ventilation and indoor air quality within schools.
