Abstract
Comprises guidance which aims to help practitioners deliver satisfactory services to gypsy and traveller communities, including access to jobs, health, housing, education, shops, leisure and facilities. This part specifically focuses on the role and use of Regional Spatial Strategies (RSSs) and Local Development Frameworks in assessing whether sites for gypsies and travellers are necessary and where they should be located.
