Presents an overview of the principles and requirements for analysing and measuring smart community infrastructures (such as energy, water, transportation, waste and ICT). Looks at what can be measured and relates the identified features to community issues. Requirements are explored for their importance to key stakeholders, looking at identifying needs and performance characteristics.
