Abstract
Presents safety rules for the construction and installation of electric lifts on an inclined path, with traction or positive drive, serving defined landing levels, including a vehicle designed to convey passengers alone or with loads, is suspended by ropes or chains, and travels in a vertical plan along guide rails at an angle that falls between 15 and 75 degrees (in relation to the horizontal).
