Abstract

Provides a simple and clear contract to be used between a customer (client) and a contractor. It is suitable for all types of non-commercial work, such as work done to the customer’s own home including renovations, extensions, maintenance and new buildings. Includes guidance notes which explain the provisions of the contract and considerations when completing the details, and explanation of terms is also provided.
