Abstract

Applies to the design of buildings and civil engineering works in plain, reinforced and prestressed concrete, and is only concerned with the requirements for resistance, serviceability and durability of the structures.

Document History

Work is in hand to amend the Irish National Annex due to be published later in 2015. Incorporating corrigendum issued 2008. To be used in conjunction with IS EN 1992-1-1:2005 Eurocode 2: Design of concrete structures. General rules and rules for buildings (+AC:2010) (+A1:2014) issued as a separate document. When a new edition, an amendment or a corrigendum to a Eurocode is issued the NA should be revised/amended. The National Annex identifies what amendments/corrigenda are addressed. The user should check that the National Annex addresses the latest changes to the Eurocode.
