Abstract
Aims to make sure that those involved in the management, design, procurement and use of the healthcare facility understand fire safety requirements to ensure optimum safety for all those in the building.

Supersedes version updated 18 September 2015. Includes several changes to the 2014 edition. Summary of changes made listed in Appendix L. Minor amendments made 4th November 2015. Changes include rectifying inconsistencies in dates between the cover, cover picture and foreword and changing reference to 'Relationship with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2006' to 'Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015'.
