Abstract
Comprises output of a project which aims to identify transferable lessons from the Garden Cities and New Towns programme to ensure these communities are revitalised and their housing and employment base remain fit for purpose. Explores how a new generation of Garden Cities can be delivered through an in-depth study of a selection of New Towns as well as the UK's two Garden Cities to identify lessons learned.
