Defines information exchanges required at each stage of the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 to ensure the correct information is supplied for review and sign off in a timely manner. Also covers any informal information exchanges which could take place throughout the design, construction and handover processes.

This guide can be used on its own, or in conjunction with the other handbooks in the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 series as well as other RIBA publications, such as the BIM overlay to the Plan of Work. Published by RIBA Publishing, part of RIBA Enterprises Ltd. Although there is now a RIBA Plan of Work 2020, this document can be used as the stage structure in the RIBA Plan of Work 2020 is unchanged and this guidance covers specific detail on themes or strategies in a project.
