Abstract

Relates to SR 2016/27, which makes a minor amendment to ensure that Department of the Environment development plans prepared under both the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 and the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 are treated as local development plans for an area until the relevant council adopts its own development plan.
