Abstract
Forms interim non-statutory standards and guidance on the principles of SuDS; surface water runoff destination; surface water runoff hydraulic control; water quality; amenity; biodiversity and design of drainage for construction, operation and maintenance. It is applicable to new developments and looks at the legal framework.
