Abstract
Seeks views on incorporating sustainability aspects previously contained in national planning policy, particularly non-energy elements of the Code for Sustainable Homes/BREEAM, into the Welsh Building Regulations. Covers: changes to Part G (Sanitation, hot water safety and water efficiency); introduction of Part Q (Residential security); content and presentation of information to end users i.e. the householder for new dwellings; and changes to the Approved Documents.
