This document sets out corrections to guidance previously published in Approved Document M (Access to and use of buildings) Volume 1: Dwellings 2015. Its contents have been incorporated into Approved Document M (Access to and use of buildings) Volume 1: Dwellings 2015 incorporating 2016 amendments. The 2015 edition originally came into force on 01/10/2015. This 2016 amendment document should be read with the original edition and applies from 01/03/2016. The changes introduced by this amendment have been incorporated into the main document: AD M1 Access to and use of buildings Volume 1: Dwellings (2015 edition with 2016 amendments) (For use in England) (NBS, 2015).
