Abstract

Specifies the special provisions and safety rules of the behaviour of lifts in buildings in the event of fire. Applies to new passenger and goods lifts which would receive a signal(s) from the fire alarm detection system to the lift(s) control system. It could also be used to improve the safety of existing lifts.
