Abstract
Provides guidance for using the HE Carbon tool and demonstrate how infrastructure projects can meet the government requirements to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Data gathered through the supply chain will be analysed and a database of carbon emissions from road network construction activities will be monitored. Looks at the data collection process, categories, using the tool and what next.
