Abstract

Comprises the economic impact assessment to the Welsh Government consultation for proposals for changes to the Building Regulations in Wales, to Approved Document A (structural safety), Approved Document B (fire safety) and Approved Document C (resistance to contaminants and moisture). These include updating referenced standards and making amendments covering: wall coverings, lighting diffusers and radon maps.
