Abstract
Provides recommendations to ensure design and construction of infrastructure assets and facilities take into account operational, performance and user requirements. Includes examples for: the brief checklist, environmental performance evaluation, social performance evaluation, economic performance evaluation, responsibility matrices, risk and opportunity assessment, stakeholder identification and impact analysis and activity checklists. Relates to infrastructure assets for: transport, energy, water, waste, telecommunications and utilities.
