Abstract
Provides guidance to enable organisations to understand and apply ISO 9001:2015 and includes illustrative examples. Looks at the intent and processes of quality management systems, the leadership and commitment needed by top management, the importance of identifying risks and opportunities and build them into the planning process and ensuring adequate resources are available for effective operation. Also looks at matters relating to operational planning and control, design and development, production and service provision. Finally covers the benefits of performance monitoring, review, evaluation and improvement.
