Abstract

Annex accompanying the Welsh Government's development management (DM) manual, which focuses on the procedural aspects of DM setting down the minimum requirements required in law. Specifically focuses on the application of the Habitats Directive to the process of prior approval, covering: tests required by the Habitats Directive; mitigation; use of conditions; and non-granting of approval. Also sets out where further guidance may be found.
