Abstract

Concerns the site of a new cultural centre in Harrow. The area sits on a flood plain so the project had building restrictions imposed by the Environmental Agency. The design is influenced by the client's Eastern heritage and includes a sports hall, gym, cafe, children's nursery and multi-faith prayer rooms. Areas covered include appraisal and project data.
