These Regulations insert a new Chapter 3A into Part 4 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, as amended. These Regulations and the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2017 shall be construed as one and may be collectively cited as the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2017.
