Abstract
Comprises information for building owners in Northern Ireland reviewing cladding work or carrying out re-cladding work, particularly on tall buildings (e.g. above 18 m in height) with regard to building regulations, flagging up common issues to be considered. Covers: replacing individual or sample panels of cladding; moisture and ventilation; structural safety; fire safety; conservation of fuel and power; and other statutory processes.
