Abstract

Introduces the STA site safe policy to ensure fire safety principles are applied to construction projects, highlighting 7 key points and includes functional requirements. Details when to apply the policy, which construction phases are covered, confidential registration for timber based building projects above 600m² and the audit process. The appendices cover: legal references, roles and responsibilities, examples, example letters, checklist and information for third party auditors.
