Abstract
Looks at two visual methods of strength grading softwood, general structural grade (GS) and special structural grade (SS).
Document History
BS 4978:2007+A1:2011 superseded BS 4978:2007. BS 4978:2007+A2:2017 supersedes BS 4978:2007+A1:2011 and has been updated to be brought into line with the requirements of BS EN 14081:2016.
