Abstract

Relates to SI 2018/119, which extend periods of public consultation before decisions are made to grant planning permission, permission in principle, listed building consent and certain prior approvals for development which is the subject of permitted development rights. Also relates to the inclusion of details of housing prior approval application in local authority planning registers and a definition of "relevant nuclear site".
