Abstract

Provides a simple yet comprehensive contract between an employer (the person or organisation that wants the construction project) and a contractor. It is suitable for all types of simple commercial building work, however not suitable for non-commercial and domestic projects. The contract is divided into 3 parts: the agreement, contract details and contract conditions. Includes guidance notes which explain the provisions of the contract and considerations when completing the details, and explanation of terms is also provided.
