Abstract

The 2018 Regulations ensure the EU Gas Appliances Regulations are complied with in the UK, where appliances and fittings entering the market after 21/04/2018 provide a high level of protection for the health and safety of users. This transposition note intends to show how the directive will be implemented in the UK.
