Abstract
It is essential that employers provide adequate and appropriate first-aid equipment, facilities and personnel to ensure employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. This document assists employers in identifying and selecting a competent training provider to deliver first-aid training indicated by a first-aid needs assessment.
