Abstract
Explores the requirements of EC regulation and how it is implemented in the UK as the REACH enforcement regulations 2008. SI 2008/2852. Looks at composition, sale and use of creosote for non-pressure application and for industrial use in vacuum pressure plants, and supplying/using and disposing of creosoted timber.
