Abstract

Clarification from the Independent Expert Advisory Panel for building owners, professional advisers and FRS about the risks of leaving small or partial amounts of ACM cladding on a building. The recommendation is to remove all ACM. Also looks at enforcement, insurance, valuation and warranties.
