Intended for use when appointing a principle designer under the CDM Regulations 2015. Can be used on any form of procurement for simple, non-complex, commercial projects of any value. Use with forms of contract such as, RIBA Standard or Concise building contract, the JCT Minor works building contract or the JCT Intermediate building contract.
