Abstract
Comprises good practice guidelines to help identify measures to prevent, limit or reduce damage to the environment and risk to public health from a spill. Covers: pollution risk assessments; pollution incident response plans; pollution control hierarchy; pollution control methods and equipment that could be used to contain spills; site specific pollution control options; spills on a road or highway; and clean-up after a spill has been contained, including pollutant specific information.
