Abstract
Comprises a report on the operation of the provisions contained within section 72 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act (introduced as section 3F of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997). Section 72 requires local development plans prepared by local authorities to include greenhouse gas emissions policies.
