Abstract
Details two tests to measure flexural properties of rigid and semi-rigid plastics, using a 1% /min strain rate in Method A, or a 1% /min for flexural modulus and 5% /min or 50% /min for the remainder of flexural stress-strain curve, depending on the ductility of the material in Method B.
