Abstract
Work undertaken by the PSCCF Fair Payment Working Group and the construction industry to deliver a cross-industry agreement on fair payment best practice. The guide describes a range of good practice tools and models, and includes a Fair Payment Charter for clients, lead contractors and their supply chains to commit to.
