Abstract
Reflects on the lack of progress there has been for preparing and adapting for climate change in the UK. 12 recommendations are made covering the natural environment, people and the built environment, infrastructure and business involving planning, evidence based risk reduction, data collection, evaluation, goals and target setting, co-ordination, climate change risk, priority setting, overseas impacts, reducing water use, flood resilience, coastal change, SuDS, overheating in buildings, and assets and infrastructure.
