Abstract
Relates to the proposed building work for erecting a two storey building attached to the existing dwelling-house. The rejected application did not meet regulations 36, 37A and 38B of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended), Parts L1, M1 and R1 of Schedule 1. Presents the applicant's case, the local authority's, the Welsh Minister's consideration and the determination.
