Abstract
Details requirements for setting up effective processes for engaging with project or programme stakeholders. Using a life-cycle approach, the key concepts range from understanding the benefits and the risks of the project or programme, ensuring the right skills, knowledge and attitude are employed in stakeholder engagement, identifying and segment different types of stakeholders for the projects or programmes, through to evaluation and performance improvement of stakeholder engagement.
