Abstract
Seeks views on fire risk, prioritising risk and categorising buildings based on risk in existing buildings, as part of the wider technical review of fire safety guidance for building regulations (Approved Document B). In particular it looks at how to prioritise risk in existing buildings as well as new ideas for categorising buildings. Looks at trigger thresholds, fire risk assessments, with 6 targeted questions.
