Abstract
Describes the UK established method of structural design of buried pipes under various conditions of loading. Explaining procedures and provides loading tables for situations where general assumptions can be made. Covers concepts used for structural design, classification and calculations of loads, rigid, flexible and semi-rigid pipe design, and looks at other design considerations.
