Abstract
Provides advice on legislation, procedures and good practice in development management in Northern Ireland. Discusses planning fees, highlighting: the legislative context; applications and planning fees; fees for applications for planning permission and approval of reserved matters; fees for the express consent to display advertisements; fees for hazardous substances consent; fees for applications for certificates of lawful use or development (CLUDs); fees for deemed planning applications; fees for applications for planning permission and approval of reserved matters for mixed development; other planning application fees matters; fees for appeals; method of calculation of planning fees; and payment of planning fees and related matters.
