Abstract
The 2020 consultation seeks views for improving energy efficiency, reducing overheating in new and existing homes and meeting the energy performance of buildings directive requirements with changes to the Building Regulations in Wales for Conservation of Fuel and Power (Part L) and Ventilation (Part F). This document sets out options for mitigating the overheating risk in new dwellings, along with the applicability and usability of various mitigation measures.
