Abstract
Guidance for new and existing dwellings in relation to the application of Part L of the Second Schedule to the Regulations as inserted by the European Union (Energy Performance of Buildings) Regulations (S.I. No. 292 of 2019 and S.I. No. 393 of 2021); covering thermal conductivity and transmittance, renewable energy technologies, building fabric, building services, quality and commissioning of services, and major renovation.
