Flood consequences assessments: climate change allowances

Abstract
Comprises guidance on flood consequences assessments (FCAs) for areas at risk of flooding, which should incorporate data on projected increases to peak river flows and sea level rise resulting from climate change. This is to satisfy the requirements in TAN 15: Development and flood risk for climate change impacts to be considered over the lifetime of developments in areas at risk of flooding.
