Abstract
Provides guidance to Fire and Rescue Authorities (FRAs) on being a statutory consultee in the planning system as set out in Development Procedure (Consultees) (Wales) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2021, WSI 2021/1189. FRAs have been made statutory consultees for certain types of development at both pre-application and post-submission stages, which will apply to planning applications to be determined by local planning authorities and Developments of National Significance applications determined by the Welsh Ministers.
