Households - trends in tenure; demographic and economic characteristics; first time buyers; future buying expectations; rents; affordability; rent arrears; housing benefit; tenancy deposits; length of time in current accommodation and tenure; household moves; overcrowding and under-occupation; and well-being. Housing stock - stock profile; house condition; energy efficiency; smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
